送貨資料

1. 貨品將送到您提供的地址 (暫時只限送遞到香港地區)。訂單寄貨後，我們將向您發送寄貨確認郵件。

2. 根據您選擇的付運方式(只提供網上付款)和付運公司如S.F. Express，付款結賬時同時結算運費。

3. 訂單寄貨後你可透過付運公司如S.F. Express網站查詢訂單狀態，寄貨確認郵件中會提供貨運單號。本網站註冊用戶，可在賬戶主頁查詢帳單號碼。收貨簽字確認時，請檢查貨物是否存在任何缺陷或損壞。

4. 付運公司最多派送3次，如3次派送失敗且無法與您取得聯繫，貨物將會被退回。貨物一旦退回，我們將取消訂單並退款給您（其運費不予退還）。

Shipping Information

1. The goods will be delivered to the address you provided (for the time being only delivery to Hong Kong). Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email.

2. According to the shipping method you choose (only online payment is available) and the shipping company such as S.F. Express, the shipping fee will be settled at the same time as the payment checkout.

3. After the order is shipped, you can check the status of the order through the website of the shipping company such as S.F. Express, and the shipping order number will be provided in the shipping confirmation email. Registered users of this website can check the billing number on the account homepage. When signing for confirmation of receipt, please inspect the goods for any defects or damages.

4. The shipping company can deliver up to 3 times. If the delivery fails 3 times and cannot contact you, the goods will be returned. Once the item is returned, we will cancel the order and refund you (shipping costs are non-refundable).

更改或取消訂單

由於訂單在確認後會立即進入自動化的物流程序，系統會即時發送訂單資料予貨品的所屬商戶作備貨及出貨，因此在已確認訂單中作臨時的更改，可能造成物流紀錄有差異而影響派送安排。故此，請恕我們未能取消或更改任何已確定的訂單，請閣下理解及體諒。

為了讓閣下享有更流暢的購物體驗，我們建議您可先將心儀貨品加入購物車或喜愛清單，並於付款前先確認訂單詳情（包括貨品數量、款式、優惠價格等），以便我們更快捷妥當地將您的心儀貨品送到府上。

Order Change or Cancellation

Since the order will be auto process including logistic arrangement immediately after order confirmation and payment proceeded. The system will immediately send the order information to the backend for stocking and shipment, so temporary changes in the confirmed order is not allowed and unstoppable. Therefore, please forgive us for not being able to cancel or change any confirmed orders, please kindly understand.

In order to enjoy a smooth shopping experience, we recommend you to add your favorite products to the shopping cart or favorite list first, and confirm the order details (including the quantity, style, preferential price, etc.) before payment, so that we can be more efficient and appropriate deliver your favorite items to your home quickly.
